Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of teasertrack.cc. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using TeaserTrack

You may browse the directory without an account. To upvote or submit tools, you need to sign in with GitHub or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Submitting tools

When you submit a tool, you confirm that:

• You are the maker of the tool or have permission to list it
• The information, links, and media you provide are accurate
• You have the rights to the logos, images, and videos you upload

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give TeaserTrack permission to host, display, resize, and share it on the site, in the newsletter, and on social media to promote the listing.

Review and removal

Every submission is reviewed before it is published. We may decline, edit for formatting, or remove listings that are misleading, broken, unrelated to software, or that break these terms. Editing an approved listing sends it back for review.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Manipulate upvotes, including with multiple accounts or automated tools
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades the service for others
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours

Paid placements

Featured launches and sponsorships are optional. Paid placements are labelled and follow the same content guidelines as free listings. Specific terms for paid placements are agreed before payment.

Third party links

Listings link to external websites and waitlists that we do not control. Joining a waitlist or using a listed tool is between you and that tool's maker.

Disclaimers

TeaserTrack is provided as is. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listed tool will launch, on the listed date or at all.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
